Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of rocketsitesystems.com and any webpages, content, or communications that link to these Terms. The Site is operated by Garbanzo Group LLC, doing business as Rocket Site Systems.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site.

The Site provides general information about RSS, including website design, development, lead capture, automation, CRM, marketing, and related services for local businesses. Site content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every statement, feature, price, example, result, or availability will remain complete or up to date. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Requesting information, booking a call, or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate RSS to provide services. Any paid work will be governed by a separate written proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar agreement accepted by RSS and the client.

If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding paid services, the separate agreement controls for those services. Project scope, deliverables, payment terms, ownership, support, timelines, performance commitments, and cancellation rights will be stated in that agreement.

You agree not to use the Site to violate law, interfere with security or availability, obtain unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, scrape content without authorization, or replicate our offerings. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe the Site, RSS, our clients, or others may be at risk.

The Site and its original content, branding, graphics, layouts, text, software, and other materials are owned by RSS or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal, lawful evaluation of RSS. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site materials unless we authorize it in writing.

You are responsible for information you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it. Unless we agree otherwise, non-confidential feedback may be used without restriction or compensation. Do not send trade secrets, sensitive personal information, credentials, or other confidential material through a general inquiry channel.

If you provide contact information, you authorize RSS to respond about your inquiry, appointment, project, account, or requested services. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link for marketing email.

The Site may rely on or link to third-party platforms. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their websites, products, availability, security, content, or conduct.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Examples, projections, testimonials, or descriptions of potential outcomes do not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue, rankings, booked jobs, or other results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSS AND ITS OWNERS, TEAM MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SITE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RSS and its owners, team members, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Florida. Before filing a claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update the Site and these Terms. The Effective date shows when they were last revised. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued Site use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the rest will remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning Site use, except where a separate written agreement applies.
